Seraph Mask by ToTheMask Seraph Mask by ToTheMask
Now with double the wing action! XD

Mask is hand shaped/baked and tooled from 8 oz. leather. Thanks for looking and I appreciate your feedback! <3

I really like the finish on it! What material did you use for the mask and how did you get it to be so smooth looking?

Good subtle effect with the blue on the feathers! It looks like the symmetry is a little off, but the design itself is excellent.

Thanks! And this almost entirely freehand and then a sad attempt to match the other side a bit later on, so I'll take what I can get! lol I did actually make a tiny mistake with this one that you can't really see, but there's a mess-up in my tooling...an extra line right above the eye on the left. It's tiny, but for now my guilt over it is keeping me from trying to sell it XD
For me that's even more frustrating than the symmetry that's off :(

Ugh, I know that feel bro. Sucks, but, maybe someone who doesn't have pseudo-OCD like us wouldn't mind? XD

This is very unique and very original, and I like it very much. You did a great job on the wings!

Really elegant looking :D The symmetry of the wings are fantastic. I can never get symmetry all that well, it's such a challenge!

Yeah, I was totally getting that vibe when I was making it. Now I have the urge to try and actually replicate one of their masks *adds to list of projects* lol

Thanks for the fav!

Actually they're not that huge! Someone mentioned that I should put them on one of those styrofoam heads so that people can see the scale of them. I think they seem a lot larger than they are (mid-forehead to just below the cheekbones). I'll definitely look into that, thanks for the comment.
